Chase Brooks

  • Interests: fishing, hunting, golf, cruising the backroads with my wife

  • Bio: Chase grew up hunting and fishing whenever he got the chance and always dreamed of fishing for a living.  He was introduced into bass fishing as a sport in 2006 and has been addicted ever since!  Chase started working his way up through the ranks, starting at the club level fishing with the Castle Gap Bass Busters out of Del Rio, TX.  Then he began fishing local opens and local Team Trails.  In 2011, Chase joined with the B.A.S.S Federation Nation and qualified for the Region Championship and the Top 6 State Championship two years in a row.  In May of 2014, Chase took the plunge and left the West Texas Oil/ Gas fields after working there 9 years in order to fish full time.

To date, Chase’s accomplishments are:

  • 2014 Accomplishments

    • USA Fishing Trails Angler of The Year

    • won the USA Fishing Trails Championship on Lake Amistad

  • 2015 Accomplishments

    • Fished the Bassmaster Opens  

    • Fished the FLW Rayovac (Costa) Series as a Pro

    • Finished 26th in AOY in the Bass Central Opens

    • Finished 23rd in Bass Central Open on Ross Barnett Reservoir

  • 2016 Accomplishments

    • Fished his first year on the WalMart FLW Tour

  • 2017 Accomplishments

    • Logged his first top 30 finish when he placed 29th in the WalMart FLW Tour event on Lake Travis
